I’m Nicola and I’ve created this programme for one simple reason...

FAQs
How long is the programme?
It is an 8-10 week programme. The aim of the programme is to get you moving quickly hence the defined time period.
How is the programme structured?
The programme has 4 core steps. As this is a completely tailored programme how long we take at each stage, within the 8 week period depends on your unique circumstances.
What does the 1-1 support look like?
There are no group calls in this programme, everything is 1-1.
We start the programme with 3 weekly 1-1 calls of 60 minutes (although the calls often end up being longer) to get you moving. The two remaining 1-1 calls you decide when you need them. Also, outside of these calls I’m available on email to answer any questions.
Is there a payment plan?
YES….. while at the reduced price of £895, you can pay in two instalments of £447.5. The first one when you sign-up, the second instalment a month later.
